About Triple T Consulting

Triple T Consulting was founded by Theatre and Technical Theatre educator Aaron Stahlecker to provide content-specific support that reflects the realities of K–12 programs.

Background and experience

Aaron brings over 17 years of experience in public schools, serving as a Theatre Arts and Technical Theatre teacher and as a technical director managing performance spaces. His work has included directing mainstage productions, supervising student technicians, coordinating calendars, and collaborating with campus and district fine arts teams.

  • Experience teaching grades 9–12 in Theatre and Technical Theatre courses.
  • Leadership in full-season production planning and implementation.
  • Use of industry-standard tools for lighting, sound, and scenic design.
